An elderly man died after being hit by a train in Jhankaiya late Wednesday evening. The identity of the elderly was Rakesh Aggarwal (60), son of Late Pancheshwar Colony, Ammaun resident. Kailash Aggarwal. It is being told that Rakesh Aggarwal was going to the railway crossing near the church in Ammaun on Wednesday evening at 3.30 pm. During this time he became a victim of an accident.

Hit by train due to ladder held in hand

According to the information received, he had a ladder in his hand. He was crossing the tracks with the ladder. During this time he was hit by a train. Due to which he died on the spot. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot. Police have taken the body into their custody and sent it to Khatima Sub District Hospital for postmortem.
