Uttarakhand: Chief Secretary Radha Raturi reviewed the sports department, gave these instructions

Chief Secretary Radha Raturi along with the Sports Department at the Assembly Building reviewed the lighting works at Purnanand Sports Stadium, Muni Ki Reti Tehri and Indira Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Haldwani. CS Radha Raturi has given instructions to construct and equip the multipurpose building at Purnanand Sports Stadium, Muni Ki Reti with hill architecture. Along with this, he also reviewed the works of SITC OF DMX Integrated “LED” Flood Light for High Definition Televised International Level at Indira Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Haldwani.

Chief Secretary Radha Raturi directed the Sports Department to complete the sports infrastructure works in the state on mission mode as soon as possible. CS said that the sports infrastructure developed in the state will benefit the players and youth of the state for a long time in the future along with the proposed National Games in Uttarakhand.

Special Principal Secretary Amit Sinha, Secretary Arvind Singh Hayanki, Additional Secretary Vijay Kumar Jogdande and Jitendra Kumar Sonkar and officials of sports and related departments were present in the meeting.
