Video of woman asking for ticket against PM Modi from Varanasi Lok Sabha seat, accused Digvijay’s guard of touching her inappropriately

Leena Sharma, the woman who created ruckus in front of former Chief Minister and Congress MP Digvijay Singh in Gwalior, has released a video. While giving clarification, Leena Sharma said that she had come to Digvijay Singh to ask for ticket from Varanasi Lok Sabha seat. A woman leader of Congress has accused Digvijay Singh’s security personnel of touching her inappropriately.

In the video, Leena Sharma is saying, “Hello, birthday wishes and greetings are respectfully sent to respected Raja Saheb. I Leena Sharma am sending you a video, recently on 21st February I had come to Gwalior to meet senior Congress leader and former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh ji, he had to give me a letter, in that I went to him to request him through a letter. I wanted to contest elections from Banaras on Congress ticket against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

When I was going to meet him, a security guard there, whom I did not know, stopped me and started asking me for a letter to give to Raja Saheb and started touching my hand inappropriately. She wanted to complain to Raja Saheb about this and also wanted to give her letter. I went ahead nervously, Raja Saheb was confused and uncomfortable seeing my nervousness. I always respect him and he is my idol, and I am a diligent worker of Congress, working under the leadership and direction of Raja Saheb in active politics of Congress for ten years. Regarding the incident of that day, other political parties including BJP are making indecent comments against him, which I strongly condemn.

Digvijay Singh ji is from my hometown Raghogarh. My family has had relations with Digvijay Singh ji for many generations. Digvijay Singh ji has special respect for Brahmins and women and always has special affection towards party workers and also helps them in every possible way.

I have always received the affection and blessings of Digvijay Singh and I hope that I will continue to receive so in future also. I request Digvijay Singh ji and the national high command of Congress to get me a Congress ticket from Banaras Lok Sabha parliamentary constituency. kind regards’.’
