Former Congress state president and party MLA Pritam Singh put an end to the discussions of joining BJP. He said, I have neither spoken to any central nor any state level leader of BJP.

He was referring to the declaration of BJP candidate from Tehri Loss seat. In fact, even in Congress circles, there were heated discussions about Pritam Singh joining BJP. There was speculation that BJP might include him and make him a candidate from Tehri seat.
While talking to media persons at the State Secretariat on Monday, Pritam said that the issue of commuting should happen only when he has talked to someone. Said, in the past also rumors were spread about his joining BJP. Then he also told Rahul Gandhi about this.
