Uttarakhand / Udham Singh Nagar: An unknown vehicle hit the Kanwariyas, the Kanwariyas blocked the road
An unknown vehicle hit Kanwariya in Udham Singh Nagar. After which Kanwariya, along with other associates, created a ruckus by blocking the highway.
The incident took place in Kelakheda of Udham Singh Nagar. Bhole (Kanwariya) was hit by an unknown vehicle. After which the angry Kanwadis completely blocked the NH 74 highway. After receiving information about the incident, Additional Superintendent of Police Kashipur Abhay Singh, Area Officer Anusha Badola and SDM Rakesh Tiwari immediately reached the spot.
During this time, the Kanwariyas also had a heated argument with the police. The Kanwariyas say that they will continue their protest until the driver is arrested. At present, police officers are trying to convince the protesters.
