Uttarakhand: CM Dhami distributed appointment letters to 84 candidates selected under various departments

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Monday in the Chief Sevak Sadan gave out-of-turn employment to 31 elite players of the state selected on various posts under the Sports Policy-2021 in the Sports Department, Home Department, Youth Welfare and Forest Department, 25 junior assistants in the Transport Department. And provided appointment letters to 28 assistant accountants in the Horticulture Department. In this way, the Chief Minister distributed appointment letters to a total of 84 candidates.
Congratulating and best wishes to all the candidates in the program, the Chief Minister said that you have achieved this success through hard work and dedication. He expected the selected candidates to discharge their responsibilities with sensitivity, responsibility and accountability. He said that the more honesty, dedication and hard work you work, the easier and simpler the path ahead will be for you.
Referring to the Sports Policy 2021, the Chief Minister said that under this, the promise we had made of giving out-of-turn government jobs to the players who win medals in international and national games, we are seeing it coming to fruition today. He said that we have decided that all the youth who will bring glory to Uttarakhand in the world of sports will be encouraged.
The Chief Minister said that along with sports, all facilities are being provided to the players to participate in international and national games and the government is continuously boosting the morale of the players by encouraging them and honoring them for their excellent performance. Referring to the out-of-turn appointment process, he said that this process will act as a lifeline for all international and national medal winners.
The Chief Minister said that like the Parks and Transport Department, in the past months, the process of giving appointment letters to the youth under various departments is going on every day. He said that we have resolved that we will provide employment to the hardworking youth of Devbhoomi with complete transparency under any circumstances. We have succeeded in bringing this resolution to fruition and have sent the copying mafia behind the bars by making strict anti-copying laws. He said that in just three months we have provided employment to about five thousand youth by providing them appointment letters on the posts of Nursing Officer, Forest Guard, Assistant Accountant, Deputy Jailer and Prisoner Guard, Village Development Officer etc. and talked about two and a half years. If we go by this, this figure of providing employment is more than 20 thousand.
Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister said that under his leadership, unprecedented employment opportunities are becoming available in the country and such a big campaign to provide employment has never been launched in the history of the country. He said that the initiative we have taken to fill the posts will continue in the future also. He said that under the leadership of the Prime Minister, we have taken the initiative to provide employment to the youth in the government sector as well as to advance them in the field of self-employment.
The Chief Minister said that we have launched Prayag Portal and Yuva Uttarakhand App, through which youth can register for employment as well as self-employment. Along with this, loans are also being provided to the youth for self-employment in home stay, silence keeping as well as other areas. He said that with the mantra of resolution without option, we are continuously working to make Uttarakhand the best state of the country and giving appointment letters to you people is also a part of our resolve.
Cabinet Ministers Ganesh Joshi and Rekha Arya also addressed the program, threw detailed light on the achievements of the government and congratulated and congratulated the selected candidates.
