Uttar Pradesh: Dead body of a teenage girl found hanging in the house, accused of murder after rape
In a village in Sharda Nagar area, the body of a 14-year-old Scheduled Caste girl was found hanging by her dupatta in the house. Blood was also found near the dead body hanging on the cot. Blood was also coming out from the private parts of the girl. The incident is said to have taken place on Sunday night, which came to light on Monday morning. The father alleges that she was murdered after rape. The body was hanged to show suicide. The post mortem report has confirmed death by hanging.
The father of the deceased teenager told that he had gone to visit relatives with his wife and two children. The 14-year-old elder daughter was at home with her younger sister and elderly grandmother. The elder daughter was sleeping in the room and the younger daughter was sleeping with her grandmother under the shed outside the house. When grandmother woke up around 6 o’clock on Monday morning, she saw the body of the girl hanging with the help of a dupatta on the bed lying in front of the room, a few steps away. Hearing grandmother’s scream, neighbors also reached the spot.
People nearby called the girl’s father and informed him. The father alleges that a scarf was tied around his neck. There was no mark on the neck. After receiving information about the incident, SP Ganesh Prasad Saha and forces from nearby police stations reached the spot. The forensic team has also collected evidence. The post-mortem of the dead body was conducted by a panel of doctors. Videography has also been done.
Police entangled in the mystery of murder and suicide

Family members said that their daughter was of very simple nature. She studied in class nine. She was fine in studies. He even refused to go to the wedding ceremony just for the sake of studies. There was no such thing at home that forced him to commit suicide. The family is also denying any enmity. The father alleged that his daughter was raped in the absence of family members and then strangulated to death. The body was hanged to make the incident appear to be suicide.
After receiving information about the incident, the police went to investigate. The post-mortem conducted by a panel of doctors has revealed that the girl died due to hanging. No evidence of misconduct was found.
