Karnataka / Bengaluru: Police complaint against couple for having sex with open window, neighbors upset
A surprising case has come to light from Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka. Fed up with her neighbour’s couple having sex, a woman lodged a complaint at the police station. The complainant woman complains that her newly married neighbors have sex by opening their bedroom window.
Actually, a 44 year old woman has filed a complaint against her neighbor. According to the complainant, his neighbors have a bedroom next to his house. Newly married neighboring couples keep their bedroom window open while having sex, so sometimes the view inside is clearly visible. Even all the private conversations and voices of the couple having an intimate relationship in the bedroom can be heard.
The woman alleged that the couple deliberately kept their window open during private moments. It also claimed that when he was asked to close the windows, he made inappropriate gestures. He also threatened to rape and murder the complainant. He also misbehaved with the complainant and his family members. The woman also accused the owner of the couple’s house that he supports her and starts threatening her if she complains.
The complainant woman has filed a case against the neighbor’s landlord and tenant. The woman has requested the police to intervene and resolve the issue. He says that the peace of his house has been disturbed because of the neighbours.
In this case, the police have also registered an FIR under sections 504, 506, 509 and 34 of the IPC and have started investigating the case.
