Elvish Yadav gets bail in snake poison case, is in jail for 5 days
There is a good news for the fans of famous YouTuber and Bigg Boss fame Elvish Yadav. YouTuber had filed a bail petition in the snake venom case. In such a situation, a hearing was held in the court today i.e. on 22 March. The court has granted bail to YouTuber in this case. According to Elvish’s lawyer Prashant Rathi, the court has granted him bail on two sureties of Rs 50,000 each.

Let us tell you that Elvish Yadav was in jail in the snake venom case. YouTuber’s lawyer Prashant Rathi told on Thursday that he has filed a bail petition in the court. In such a situation, a hearing was held in the court on Friday. After which the court granted him bail.
Police imposed wrong section of NDPS on Elvish Yadav
Yesterday the police had made another revelation in this matter. Noida Police had removed the sections of NDPS Act registered against Elvish under this case. Police said that these sections were imposed by mistake. They have made a big mistake. According to the police, Section 22 of the NDPS Act was to be imposed on Elvish. Section 20 was posted on YouTube by mistake.
Had confessed to the crime in front of the police
Along with this, another news had come out that Elvish has agreed to all the crimes accused against him. Let us tell you that Noida Police had arrested Bigg Boss fame and YouTuber Elvish Yadav on Sunday i.e. 17th March in the snake venom case.
After appearing in the court, the court ordered 14-day police custody of the YouTuber. After which he is lodged in Noida jail. Meanwhile, news came that the YouTuber had confessed his crime to the police. He told that he had given orders for snake venom in rave parties.
