It can be seen in the video that the doctor beats the patient and drags him out of the chamber. Then he starts beating with shoes. The video of the doctor’s bullying is going viral. In this case the DM has constituted a three-member investigation team.
According to the information, this case is of Mahoba District Hospital. Here a young man named Akash had come to the chamber of Dr. General Physician Dr. RP Singh for treatment. The victim told that the doctor had prescribed medicines from outside the hospital, which were very expensive. He protested against this and asked to prescribe the medicines prescribed in the hospital only. Dr. RP Singh became furious regarding this. He started beating.
The incident of the doctor assaulting the patient has been recorded in the CCTV installed in the hospital. It can be seen in the video that the patient is sitting on his seat. The doctor, furious, got up from his seat and started beating the patient threateningly.
Another video of Dr. RP Singh has surfaced, in which a girl is arguing with Dr. RP Singh in his chamber. The doctor had treated the woman and prescribed her an external medicine. When the woman went to the medical clinic to get the medicine, she was stunned to hear its price. Then, without purchasing the medicine, she came back to Dr. RP Singh and told her problem. During this time the doctor tore the prescription itself.
Case registered against doctor, team formed to investigate the case
CMS PK Aggarwal said that the doctor alleges that the boy was asking for money from him, while the patient says that he was opposing the prescription of outside medicine. The DM has constituted an investigation team in this matter, which will investigate the matter and submit a report. In this case, a case has been registered against the accused doctor.
The patient said- the eye got injured due to the assault
The victim patient Akash said that the injury was caused by the doctor’s beating. There is swelling in the eyes due to serious wounds. After the video went viral on social media, the Brahmin community has expressed anger. District President of Brahmin Sevak Sangh, Adarsh Tiwari has demanded to arrest the accused doctor and send him to jail.
