A shameful incident has come to light from Dehradun. The owner of the flat raped a girl who had gone to give tuition to a student in the flat, after making her drink intoxicants. The relatives of the victim have filed a complaint with the police regarding the matter.

Rape of a girl who went to teach tuition
According to the information given by the police, the victim’s family had filed a complaint regarding the matter. He told that his female acquaintance had gone to Windlass River Valley Apartment to teach tuition. The owner of the flat had told the girl that she had to go out for important work for three days and her daughter was alone at home.

The girl had taken her brother along
The woman told that her children’s papers were going on. After much request, the girl agreed to give tuition at home. Relatives told that last March the girl went with her 14-year-old brother to give tuition to the children. When he finished tuition in the evening. After that the girl was returning home with her brother.

Girl stopped in flat on pretext of food
During this time the owner of the flat asked both of them to leave after having food. Meanwhile, the accused gave banana shake to the girl and her brother. As soon as they drank the shake, both of them became unconscious. During this time the accused raped the girl. The victim told that when she and her brother regained consciousness, the accused threatened to kill both of them if they told anyone.

Case registered against the accused
The girl reached home and informed her relatives about the incident. The relatives of the victim have filed a complaint regarding the matter to the police. Regarding the case, the police station in-charge said that on the basis of the complaint, the accused Surya Prakash Kochak (43), resident of Windlass River Valley Kuanwala, has been arrested. The case is being investigated.
