Tamil Nadu: MP Ganeshmurthy dies of heart attack, had consumed poison after receiving the ticket!

Current MP from Erode, Tamil Nadu, MDMK’s A. Ganeshmurthy passed away on Thursday morning. According to the information, he died due to cardiac arrest at 5.05 am today. Let us tell you that after allegedly attempting suicide, he was admitted to a private hospital on March 24, after which he is undergoing treatment.

His family brought 77-year-old MP Ganeshmurthy to the hospital at around 9.30 am on Sunday. After checking him, the doctors shifted him to ICU and put him on ventilator. Erode Town police had earlier registered a case of attempted suicide. At the same time, he said that now it will be changed to a case of death by suicide.

The last rites will be held in Kumarvalasu village.
The hospital authorities handed over the body to the police. Whose body was taken to Institute of Road Transport Medical College Hospital for examination. Party sources told the media report that after the post-mortem, his body will be taken to Kumaravalasu village, 15 km away from here, and his last rites will be performed there.

Family members claimed to have consumed poison
According to a report, his family members said that the MP had consumed pesticide sulfas poison. Reports claimed that MP A Ganeshmurthy had attempted suicide after not being given a ticket for the Lok Sabha elections 2024. However, the doctors have refused to give any statement on this.
