Uttarakhand: Baba Tarsem Singh murder case, DGP arrived to inspect the incident site

In the murder case of Nanakmatta chief Baba Tarsem Singh, Uttarakhand DGP Abhinav Kumar reached Nanakmatta on Friday to inspect the incident site. During this time, the intelligence team along with the DGP was also present on the spot. DGP held a review meeting with police officers and said that the matter will be revealed soon.

Case filed against five people

DGP Abhinav Kumar reached Nanakmatta and took stock of the incident site and also met the servicemen. On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case against five people. In which the names of Sarvjeet Singh, Amarjeet Singh, Pritam Singh Sidhu, Harvansh Singh Chugh and Baba Anoop Singh are included.

The accused were identified through CCTV

The perpetrators of the incident, Sarabjit Singh, son of Swaroop Singh, resident of Punjab and Amarjeet Singh alias Bittu, son of Surendra Singh, resident of Bilaspur, Uttar Pradesh, have been identified through CCTV. Both the accused had carried out the incident. Let us tell you that both the accused were living in a room in Nanakmatta Gurudwara since March 19.

At present the search for the accused is going on.

During this, the DGP obtained information about the incident from the Kar Sevaks present in the camp at the time of the incident. The DGP held a meeting with the police officers and gave strict instructions to arrest the accused as soon as possible and reveal the matter.
