Uttarakhand: BJP upset over Godiyal’s campaign song ‘Main Pahadun Ku Rabasi’ against Baluni, told Ganesh to be Mumbai

BJP has hit back at the Congress’s narrative of an outsider candidate for Pauri Garhwal Lok Sabha seat. BJP spokesperson Ravindra Jugran, citing the affidavit given to the Election Commission, has described Ganesh Godiyal as Mumbai. However, you should also know what the affidavits submitted to the Election Commission say.

The song ‘Main Pahadun Ku Raibasi’ became an issue in the election campaign: On Thursday, BJP state spokesperson Ravindra Jugran criticized the BJP candidate from Pauri Garhwal Lok Sabha seat through the song “Main Pahadun Ku Raibasi, Tu Dilli Rahan Walu” being promoted by Congress. The target being targeted at Anil Baluni has been hit back. In fact, through the popular song “Main Pahadun Ku Rabasi” in Uttarakhand, critics of Congress and BJP are harming BJP candidate Anil Baluni by creating the narrative of a Delhi resident i.e. an outsider candidate through social media and other mediums. Countering this, BJP spokesperson Ravindra Jugran has said that the Congress candidates who are trying to tarnish the image of the BJP candidate by calling him an outsider candidate are themselves residents of Mumbai. That means he himself is a Mumbaikar.

BJP had to hold a press conference to clarify!

Ravindra Jugran, while addressing a press conference, said that Congress candidate for Pauri Garhwal Lok Sabha seat, Ganesh Godiyal, has clearly shown in his affidavit given to the Election Commission that he is a resident of Mumbai. His family lives in Mumbai. His business is in Mumbai and he is completely from Mumbai. BJP has alleged that in the year 2000, current Congress candidate Ganita Godiyal had come to Uttarakhand to expand his business. At that time, Congress had made him contest elections here for its needs. BJP says that Congress candidates should not portray a wrong image in the election field and should talk on real issues.
