Uttar Pradesh: Ghazipur DM’s warning, said- ‘Those who raised slogans were videographed, action will be taken’

Mafia Mukhtar Ansari has been laid to rest in the Kalibagh graveyard of his ancestral home Yusufpur Mohammadabad in Ghazipur district amid tight security arrangements. A large crowd of people had gathered at Mukhtar’s funeral procession. During this, many people raised slogans on which the DM has taken a strict stance. DM said that videography of such people has been done. Legal action will be taken against them.
Ghazipur DM Aryaka Akhauri said, videography of all those who raised slogans has been done and action will also be taken against them. Because, we were also announcing again and again that if there is an ideal code of conduct, then everyone should behave according to it. Legal action will be taken against whoever has violated and a case will be registered.
DM warned of action
People who had come to attend Mukhtar Ansari’s funeral had raised slogans during this period. Many people were also seen raising slogans like Mukhtar Ansari Zindabad. Regarding which DM Aryaka Akhauri said, after observing the videography of the sloganeering incident, whoever raised the slogan will be investigated and action will be taken accordingly.
After the burial of Mukhtar Ansari, there was a heated debate between MP Afzal Ansari and Ghazipur DM. If sources are to be believed, the district administration wanted that the process of Mukhtar’s last rites should be completed soon. Whereas the family did not agree on this. In such a situation, after the completion of the last rites, differences of opinion on this issue came to the fore. There was a heated argument between Ghazipur DM and Afzal Ansari.
Earlier, the funeral procession was taken out from Mukhtar’s ancestral house around 10 am in the morning in which his MP brother Afzal Ansari, son Omar Ansari and nephew MLA Suhaib Ansari along with his family members and supporters were present. All the people of the village and also people from many surrounding districts had come to Mukhtar’s funeral.
