The flag will be hoisted between 2 pm to 4 pm, all preparations complete. Flag fair starts from today with the hoisting of 86 feet high and 3 feet thick flag at Shri Guru Ram Rai Darbar Sahib. The family of Harbhajan Singh of Hoshiarpur, Punjab will offer Darshani Gilaf on the flagpole. The police have tightened security arrangements for the fair and will also keep an eye on it through drones.
