BJP wants to fight Lok Sabha elections by ‘match fixing’, Rahul Gandhi alleged
Before the Lok Sabha elections, all the big leaders of the India Alliance gathered at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi. Here, during his speech, Rahul Gandhi fiercely targeted the Modi government and raised the issue of closure of bank accounts of Congress prominently. Rahul Gandhi said that BJP wants to fight the Lok Sabha elections by fixing matches. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav and other leaders also gave speeches in this rally of India Alliance.
Why called match fixed?
Referring to IPL, Rahul Gandhi said- Today IPL match is taking place. When umpires are put under pressure, players are bought and captains are threatened to win the match, then this is called match fixing in cricket. We have Lok Sabha elections before us, the umpires were chosen by PM Modi. Two players of our team have been arrested before the match.
Closed all our bank accounts
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said, Congress is the largest opposition party and all our bank accounts have been closed in the midst of elections. We have to run a campaign. Workers have to be sent to the states, posters have to be put up but all our bank accounts have been closed.
What did Akhilesh Yadav say?
SP chief Akhilesh Yadav said, I thank the AAP party and its leaders-workers for organizing this Save Democracy Rally. Today, when we all have gathered here, an announcement is going to be made from here that the ruler sitting in Delhi will not stay here for long. These people are raising slogans of more than 400. If they are winning more than 400 seats then why are they so nervous? Why were two Chief Ministers put in jail?
