24 people of Uttarakhand will not be able to contest elections for the next three years. All of them have contested the 2022 assembly elections. The Election Commission of India has considered all these persons ineligible under Section A of the Representation of the People Act.

The Election Commission of India has disqualified 24 people from Uttarakhand under Section ‘A’ of the Representation of the People Act. All of them did not provide information on time as per the guidelines of the Commission. After which he has been declared ineligible to contest elections. Along with this, the Commission has also released the list of these 24 names.

Let us tell you that Rakesh Nath, Bhole Shankar Arya, Lalit Mohan Singh have been disqualified from SALT from 23 March 2023 to 23 March 2026. Along with this, Manish Singh Negi from Jageshwar and Sajid Ali from Haridwar Rural have also been disqualified. Hari Kumar from Pauri, Amrish Kumar from Bageshwar and Shahban from Piran Kaliyar will also not be able to contest elections for the next three years.

Ramu Rajoria and Jaspur Nafees Azad will not be able to contest elections for the next three years.
