Uttarakhand: Due to Nagar Parikrama in Dehradun, the route will remain diverted tomorrow, check the plan before leaving home

A city parikrama will be taken out on Monday under the Jhandaji fair in Dehradun. This parikrama will pass through various routes and markets. For this, the police have diverted routes on various routes. The traffic police has prepared a traffic divert plan.

Route will remain diverted on April 1 due to city parikrama

The route of Jhanda Mela 2024 Nagar Parikrama to be held on Monday starts from Darbar Sahib Complex, from Saharanpur Chowk to Kanwali Road, via SGRR Bindal Tilak Road, via Bindal Cut, via Ghantaghar, from Paltan Bazar, via Lakhibaug, from Saharanpur Chowk, via Bombay Bagh, to Samadhi Sthal. Will go back to Darbar Sahib via Saharanpur Chowk.

This will be the divert plan

  • When Nagar Parikrama reaches Saharanpur Chowk, there will be no traffic from Kanwali
  • Road towards Saharanpur Chowk.
  • Traffic coming from Balliwala will be diverted towards Ballupur and traffic coming from GMS
  • Road and Laxman Chowk towards Park Road.
  • No traffic will be sent from Saharanpur Chowk towards Kanwali Road and Jhanda Sahib.
  • The traffic will be normalized after entering Khurbuda Mohalla from Kanwali Road, the previous part of Nagar Parikrama.
  • The cut at Goughat will be opened after the Nagar Parikrama starts from Darbar Sahib and before reaching Darshani Gate. The traffic going from Railway Gate towards Saharanpur
  • Road will be operated intermittently at Gaughat Cut.
  • Even before the next part reaches Darshani Gate, all traffic will move from Saharanpur
  • Chowk towards Kanwali Road.
  • Traffic from Saharanpur Chowk will be normalized after the previous part of Nagar
  • Parikrama crosses Saharanpur Chowk.
