Anil Baluni’s reply on Godiyal’s Delhi migrant statement, he calls Italians his own and Garhwal people as outsiders

Candidates from both Congress and BJP parties have put in their full strength on the Garhwal Lok Sabha seat of Uttarakhand. Both the candidates are seen taking sarcasm at each other during the election campaign. On one hand, Congress candidate Ganesh Godiyal has called BJP candidate Anil Baluni a Delhi migrant, while in response, Anil Baluni has taken a dig at former Congress President Sonia Gandhi. Anil Baluni said that Congressmen are calling him a migrant from Delhi, but their veterans themselves are from Italy.
Anil Baluni said that Congress people call the Italians as their own and the people of Garhwal as outsiders. Anil Baluni has claimed that he is getting immense support even in the stronghold of Ganesh Godiyal. Anil Baluni says that due to the visit of BJP’s star campaigners, the remaining credibility of Congress will also become BJP’s.
Actually, Anil Baluni had reached “Sain”, the native village of the country’s first CDS martyr General Vipin Rawat, for the election campaign. Here Anil Baluni paid tribute to Vipin Rawat. Also, Anil Baluni alleged that Congress has always insulted General Vipin Rawat by using abusive words. Congress had even called Vipin Rawat a ‘street goon’.
Anil Baluni says that Congress has always been raising questions on the bravery of the army, but this time the people of Garhwal will give a befitting reply to this insult of Congress. General Rawat’s village is a place of pilgrimage for patriots, they pay homage to this soil which gave a great son to India.
Along with Anil Baluni, Cabinet Minister of Uttarakhand Government Dhan Singh Rawat has also joined the Congress. Dhan Singh Rawat said that Congress will once again have to face defeat. BJP will win all five Lok Sabha seats of Uttarakhand for the third time.
