Baba Ramdev reprimanded again, apology rejected, court said- will take action

Indian Medical Association has demanded action against misleading advertisements of Patanjali. In this case, Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev was summoned by the Supreme Court of the country. On Tuesday, Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna have apologized to the Supreme Court regarding the hearing of Patanjali misleading advertisements cases. Let us tell you, both of them have apologized unconditionally to the court.

During the hearing, the court asked Baba Ramdev and Balkrishna where are the affidavits of this case. Let us tell you, this case is being heard by the bench of Justice Hima Kohla and Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah. As soon as the court heard about the affidavit, both of them apologized. The court took a strict stand and said that this is a court action. This should not be taken lightly at all. The court rejected the apology of both.

During the hearing, the court said that your media department is not at all different from you. What were you guys thinking when you did this? The court further said that you were warned in November last year also. Ignoring this, you people held a press conference. The court further said that you people were asked to file two affidavits, but till now only one affidavit has been filed. Expressing displeasure, the court said that how did you people oppose the Act. The court said that now you people should be ready to face the consequences. Whatever kind of contact you have made with anyone, you will have to answer for it.

Patanjali apologized
After all this, Patanjali told the court that we have made a mistake. The court has asked both of them to answer for contempt. The lawyer on behalf of Patanjali said that we have brought an apology letter along with us. The court reprimanded this also. After the strict stance of the court, an apology was issued from Patanjali. Baba Ramdev also apologized to the court.

Know what this matter is
The Indian Medical Association alleges that Patanjali had launched a campaign regarding the Covid-19 vaccine during the Corona period. The court had also warned on this. The court warned that misleading advertisements will have to be stopped immediately. In its petition, IMA told the court that allopathy medicines are being neglected due to the misleading advertisements of Patanjali.
