Reservation, job, MSP guarantee… Congress manifesto released for 2024

Congress has released its manifesto for the Lok Sabha elections on Friday. The manifesto focuses on 5 justices and 25 guarantees. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi released this manifesto. During this, Congress leader P Chidambaram was also present. Congress has released this manifesto named ‘Nyaya Patra’. Congress has included many types of guarantees in its manifesto. In this, special focus has been laid on youth, women, farmers and laborers.

The party’s manifesto includes 5 justices and 25 guarantees. The party hopes that its historic guarantees will change the destiny of the people. All parties have given their full strength for the Lok Sabha elections. Leaders of all parties are going among the public and opening the box of promises. The party’s manifesto includes 5 justice, which include farmer’s justice, women’s justice, youth justice, labor justice, share justice.

Many guarantees in the manifesto
The manifesto has announced the promise of caste census, promise of OPS, Rs 1 lakh every year to a woman from a poor family, and 50 percent reservation for women in jobs. Along with this, legal guarantee of MSP with Swaminathan formula for farmers, health cover of Rs 25 lakh for workers, free treatment, hospital, doctor, medicine, test, surgery has been announced. In the manifesto, a promise has been made to give land to those who do not have land.

Promise to amend election laws
Congress has promised in its manifesto that we will amend election laws to combine the efficiency of Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) and transparency of ballot paper. The electronic vote tally will be matched with the VVPAT slip tally. Along with this, Congress said that we promise that we will not interfere in the individual choice of food and clothing, love and marriage, and travel and residence in any part of India.

These elections are to save democracy and constitution – Rahul
After releasing the manifesto, Rahul Gandhi said that this election is to save democracy and the constitution. He said that today there is a big threat to the Constitution. INDIA alliance is engaged in saving democracy. Rahul further said that this fight is about fundamental rights. BJP is continuously attacking democracy and the Constitution.

Kharge called the manifesto a ‘document of justice’
Mallikarjun Kharge said that our manifesto will be remembered as a ‘document of justice’ in the political history of the country. ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’, run under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi, was focused on five pillars. During the yatra, youth justice, farmer justice, women justice, labor justice and participatory justice were announced. Out of these five pillars, 25 guarantees emerge and in every 25 guarantees someone will benefit.
