Jailed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia has written a letter to the people of his assembly (Patparganj). In the letter, Manish Sisodia has written that we will meet outside soon, just as everyone fought at the time of independence, similarly we are fighting for good education and schools. Even after the British dictatorship, the dream of independence came true. Similarly, one day every child will get proper and good education. The British were also very proud of their power. The British also used to put people in jail on false charges. The British kept Gandhi in jail for many years. The British also imprisoned Nelson Mandela. These people are my inspiration and you all are my strength. My love for you all increased further by being in jail. You guys took great care of my wife, Seema gets emotional talking about all of you.

Let us tell you that former Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia is in jail for the last 13 months. Sisodia was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on February 26, 2023, in connection with his alleged role in the “scam”. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had arrested Sisodia on March 9, 2023, after questioning him in Tihar Jail in a money laundering case related to the CBI FIR. Sisodia had resigned from the Delhi Cabinet on February 28, 2023.
