JP Nadda’s wife’s stolen car sold thrice in 18 days, recovered from UP

The Toyota Fortuner car of Mallika Nadda, wife of Bharatiya Janata Party national president JP Nadda, was stolen from Govindpuri area of Delhi on March 19. Joginder, the driver of the car, left it at the service center and came home for some time. The SUV car has been recovered from Varanasi. The police have also arrested three accused in this case. This vehicle is registered in the name of JP Nadda’s wife in Himachal Pradesh.

On March 19, Joginder Singh had lodged an FIR at Govindpuri Police Station. In which he talked about the theft of Toyota Fortuner SUV from the service center in Giri Nagar, Govindpuri. The number of this vehicle was HP03D0021. Taking action in this case, the police searched many CCTV cameras and after that the police reached Badkal in Faridabad. Here look for clues about auto lifters Shahid and Shivansh Tripathi as well as their gang. The police got its first success in this case on March 22, when the team arrested Shivansh Tripathi, a resident of Hardoi, from around Patiala House Court.

During interrogation, the accused told that he along with his associates Shahid, his son-in-law Farooq and one Shahkul had carried out the theft of a Toyota Fortuner car from Govindpuri. After this, a stolen Creta car (UP15CL3808) was also recovered at the behest of the accused, from which they had committed the theft of Fortuner.

SUV was taken to Faridabad after theft

The accused further revealed that after the theft of the Fortuner, it was kept in Farooq’s farmhouse in Faridabad. He told the police that he, along with Shahid, had sold the SUV to Salim, the receiver of stolen cars, who was a resident of Lakhimpur Kheri, UP. He used to sell luxury cars to receivers of stolen cars in Moradabad, Sitapur, Hathras, Mainpuri and North-East.

After that, when a raid was conducted in Lakhimpur Kheri, receiver Salim was caught. He told that the Fortuner has been sold to a rich man living in Sitapur. When the police arrested the accused Raees from Sitapur, who revealed that he had sold the SUV car to Furkan, a resident of Amroha. After which, on the information of Raees, the police recovered the stolen Toyota Fortuner car from Beniyabagh parking of Varanasi.

Who are the thieves who stole JP Nadda’s wife’s car?

1- Shivansh Tripathi is 23 years old and is a resident of Hardoi. He has studied till 10th class and left studies after his financial condition deteriorated. Later he came into the company of bad people and started drinking alcohol. To meet his needs, he started stealing luxury cars from NCR with the help of Shahid gang and has been involved in many cases.

2- The accused involved in this, Salim (34), is a resident of Lakhimpur Kheri, UP. He is not educated and the financial condition of his family is bad. He later came in contact with autolifters and started selling stolen cars to other receivers in Moradabad, Amroha and North East states to earn money. He has been involved in several car theft cases in the past.

3- Raees (33) is a resident of Sitapur, UP. He was unemployed and after that he came in contact with autolifters and receivers of stolen luxury cars. After that he also started buying stolen luxury cars and after taking out his commission, he started selling them further in Moradabad, Amroha and north-eastern states. He has been involved in many auto thefts in the past also.

The father told that Manmohan was missing from home since the incident. After which, he expressed doubt that maybe his son had committed the murder and set the room on fire. The police already suspected the son The police immediately registered a case against the son and started investigation. After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
