‘PM Modi worried about the incident of stage collapse in Jabalpur’, Rakesh Singh met the injured

At least four people, including a policeman, were injured when a stage collapsed during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s road show in Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur on Sunday. The injured were taken to Victoria Hospital in Jabalpur for treatment.

What did Rakesh Singh say?
Rakesh Singh, minister in the Mohan government of the state, went to the hospital and met the injured. Speaking to news agency ANI, Rakesh Singh said,

PM Modi was concerned about this incident and on his instructions I met the injured who fell from the stage. Everyone is fine and the injured are being given proper treatment. I pray to God that they all get well soon.

‘The platform near the showroom collapsed’
Jabalpur police officer Dilip Srivastava said that after PM Modi’s rally passed, the stage built near a showroom collapsed due to overcrowding. A policeman and three other people have been injured in this. All of them have been sent to Victoria for treatment.

When will voting take place in MP?
It should be noted that Lok Sabha elections will be held in Madhya Pradesh in four phases. The first phase of voting will be held on April 19, followed by April 26, May 7 and May 13.
