Uttarakhand: Inside story of the killers of Baba Tarsem Singh, DGP told what happened when

Uttarakhand STF and Haridwar Police have killed an accused in the murder of Baba Tarsem Singh. Another accused fled from the spot. Giving information about the police encounter with the accused, DGP Abhinav Kumar said that on Monday evening, information was received about the miscreants coming from Saharanpur to Haridwar.
Baba Tarsem Singh’s killer killed in encounter
As soon as the information was received, the police went on alert mode. At around 12:30 in the night, the policemen on duty tried to stop two suspected miscreants coming on a motorcycle at the checking point at Gagalhedi Tirahe under Bhagwanpur area. But both the miscreants did not stop even after being stopped and started running away from Bhagwanpur towards Imlikheda-Kaliyar, avoiding the police.
Police opened fire in retaliation
Seeing the accused running away, the police chased the accused and surrounded the miscreants from all sides. Seeing themselves surrounded by the police, the miscreants again tried to go towards the highway. But when surrounded by the police, the miscreants opened fire on the police. One miscreant was shot in police retaliation. While the other criminal took advantage of the darkness and ran away from the spot.
Many cases are registered against Amarjeet Singh
The police team immediately took the injured criminal to Civil Hospital Roorkee. Where the doctors declared the accused dead. Let us tell you that the deceased has been identified as Amarjeet Singh alias Bittu (48), son of Surendra Singh, resident of Amritsar. Many cases were registered against Amarjeet Singh. It was Amarjeet Singh who opened fire on Tarsem Singh.
