Uttarakhand: BJP workers chased away ex-servicemen by abusing them, Congress made this big allegation

Some videos are becoming increasingly viral on social media. In which some people are seen misbehaving with ex-servicemen. It is clearly visible in the video that ex-servicemen are also being pushed and shoved. On which Congress has alleged that BJP workers pushed the ex-servicemen and also abused them and chased them away from the program.

Video of scuffle with ex-servicemen goes viral

Congress has accused BJP on these videos which are going viral rapidly on social media. Congress says that during the election rally, BJP leaders pushed the ex-servicemen out of the program of State Defense Minister BK Singh and abused and scuffled with them.

VK Singh had come to campaign for Tehri Lok Sabha seat

On Monday evening, VK Singh had come to campaign for the candidate Mala Rajlakshmi Shah from Tehri Lok Sabha seat. This program of BK Singh was running in Basant Bihar under Cantt assembly constituency. A large number of ex-servicemen were invited to this program. Uttarakhand Government’s Sainik Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi was also present in this program.

Before the program, the ex-servicemen gave their demand letter to BK Singh. The ex-servicemen said that they should take cognizance of our demand letter. But the ex-servicemen got angry when BK Singh did not mention their demand letter during the speech. Angry ex-servicemen came out of the public meeting and started raising slogans against BK Singh and Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi. When BK Singh and Ganesh Joshi were raising slogans of go-back, some BJP workers came out.

BJP leaders accused of abusing ex-servicemen

BJP workers are being accused of pushing and abusing ex-servicemen. It is seen in the video that there was a strong scuffle with the ex-servicemen outside the venue and BJP workers also cleared their hands on many ex-servicemen. Congress has alleged that the police was also present there during this time but the police did not do anything in front of the BJP leaders.

MLA Savita Kapoor called the incident a conspiracy of the opposition

Local MLA Savita Kapoor says that this is a conspiracy of the opposition. Some people from the opposition are trying to disrupt the BJP program by sending their people. On the other hand, BJP state spokesperson Suresh Joshi said that at present this matter is not in his notice and if any BJP worker has misbehaved with the ex-serviceman then action will be taken against him.
