Uttarakhand: Stones fell due to fire on Ranikhet-Khairna Highway, glasses of many vehicles broken, forest kept burning all night

A fire broke out in the Patli forest on Ranikhet-Khairna highway. Due to the fire, stones stuck in the bushes fell on many vehicles on the highway. Due to which the glasses of many vehicles were broken. Many vehicles were saved from being hit by them. The lives of the passengers and the driver were saved.

A fire broke out in Patli forest on Ranikhet-Khairna highway. Within no time the fire spread throughout the forest and the fire took a terrible form. Due to the fire, stones stuck in the bushes started falling on the highway and the glasses of many vehicles were broken. Due to which vehicle owners have suffered a lot. Passengers and drivers traveled amidst danger.

The forest kept burning all night long
The fire that broke out on the Ranikhet-Khairna highway engulfed about three hectares of forest area. But the forest department could not reach the spot. The forest kept burning the whole night. Due to this fire, forest wealth worth lakhs was burnt to ashes. Due to the forest fire, stones stuck in the bushes started raining on the highway, due to which five vehicles were hit.
