Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made a big attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. PM Modi has said that just as the prince of Congress had to flee from Amethi, now he will leave Wayanad and run away. Addressing an election rally in Nanded, Maharashtra, PM Modi said that the first phase of voting has been completed in the country yesterday and I congratulate all the people who voted, especially the first-time voters. This is confirming the belief that in the first phase, voting was one-sided in favor of NDA.
Taking aim at the opposition India Alliance, PM Modi said that voters are also seeing how the people of India Alliance have come together in their own self-interest to save their corruption. The PM further said that whatever these people may claim, the truth is that Congress leaders have already accepted defeat even before the announcement of elections.
PM Modi also took a jibe at Sonia Gandhi and said that some leaders, who used to win in the Lok Sabha continuously, have this time entered and sat through the Rajya Sabha route.
