Uttarakhand: Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar districts won in voting, know district wise where and how much voting took place

Lok Sabha elections have been completed peacefully in Uttarakhand. In the year 2024 Lok Sabha elections, 54.01 percent voting took place in Uttarakhand. This voting is less than last year. Let us tell you district wise how much voting took place in which district.

Bumper voting took place in Haridwar

In Haridwar Lok Sabha, 59.01% voting took place till 5.00 pm. In which 67.13% in Bhagwanpur, 60.00% in BHEL, 50.80% in Dharampur, 57.20% in Doiwala, 54.00% in Haridwar, 73.21% in Haridwar Rural, 64.13% in Jhabreda, 64.30% in Jwalapur, 58.60% in Khanpur, 60.00% in Laksar. %, 61.30% voting took place in Mangalore, 61.42% in Piran Kaliyar, 51.30% in Rishikesh, 51.30% in Roorkee.

56.61 percent voting in Uttarkashi: Total 56.61 percent voting took place in Uttarkashi district. A total of 41.96 percent voting took place in the assemblies falling under Garhwal parliamentary constituency. In this, 37.93 percent voting took place in Devprayag and 44.84 percent voting in Narendranagar.

56.23 percent voting in Rudraprayag: Under the able leadership of District Election Officer Saurabh Gaharwar, the Lok Sabha elections have been completed safely with fair, peaceful and transparency. According to the information received till 5 pm, the total voting in the district was approximately 56.23 percent. 58.73 percent voting was done in Kedarnath Assembly, while 54.07 percent voting was done in Rudraprayag Assembly. However, the complete voting figures have not come yet.

People took part enthusiastically in the great festival of democracy: Let us tell you that till 5 o’clock in Kedarnath Assembly, 26,721 female voters and 23,623 male voters cast their votes, whereas in Rudraprayag Assembly, 21,188 male and 27,986 female voters voted. Earlier, the District Magistrate and SP, while inspecting the election material collection centres, asked all the polling parties to be polite and collect the election material. Besides, instructions were also given to the District Supply Officer to make proper arrangements for catering. Rudraprayag MLA Bharat Chaudhary and Kedarnath MLA Shailarani Rawat voted at their respective booths. Also, Superintendent of Police Dr. Vishakha Ashok Bhadane exercised his franchise at Government Inter College Rudraprayag and motivated people to vote.

54.16 percent voting in Bageshwar: 54.16 percent voting took place in the two assemblies of Bageshwar. Voting took place peacefully in Bageshwar and Kapkot assemblies. After which the polling parties have started returning after voting. The total voting percentage of Bageshwar district was approximately 54.16 percent. There was 54.90 percent voting in Bageshwar Assembly and 53.28 percent voting in Kapkot Assembly.

Elections concluded on all five Lok Sabha seats of Uttarakhand: Let us tell you that in the first phase, voting was held for Garhwal Lok Sabha seat of Uttarakhand, Haridwar Lok Sabha seat, Almora Lok Sabha seat, Nainital Udham Singh Nagar Lok Sabha seat and Tehri Lok Sabha seat. 55 candidates had contested this election, whose fate is now sealed in EVMs.
