Uttar Pradesh: Amazing story of strange love between Sita and Geeta, you will also be surprised to know

This story is not filmy but real. Sita and Geeta were two sisters but they were not twin sisters like Hema Malini’s film Sita and Geeta, but still an incident happened in their life last year in 2023 on which an interesting film can be made again named Sita and Geeta. An FIR was registered for the kidnapping and murder of sisters Sita and Geeta, who had gone missing from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, but both the sisters were not only found alive but were married and had one child each.
Two sisters named Sita and Geeta lived with their brother and parents in Delhi, while their hometown was Gorakhpur in UP. In January 2023, her brother, Ajay Prajapati, had filed a missing report of his sisters Sita (20) and Geeta (21) at the police station. While searching for his sisters, Ajay contacted a man from his village, Jayanath Maurya, who allegedly had an affair with one of the sisters. During an argument, Jayanath and his family had allegedly threatened Ajay and said, “You will also meet the same fate as your sisters.
Brother filed case of missing sisters
After this, Ajay, worried for his sisters, went to the police station and filed a murder case against Jaynath Maurya and his family. However, the police refused to register a complaint due to lack of evidence. After this, Ajay approached the court and a year later, on January 8, 2024, on the orders of the court, a case was registered at Belghat police station in Gorakhpur. A four-month investigation led the police to discover that the sisters were alive and had run away from home to marry their lovers. Upon learning of the murder case filed by their brother, the sisters approach the police to prevent any innocent person from being punished.
Sita told the police that she is married to Vijender, a resident of Haryana, and is living with him. She also told them that she had a five-month-old daughter and was very happy. So Geeta told the police that she was friends with Suresh Ram, a resident of Almora, Uttarakhand and she had run away from home to marry him and she also had a six-month-old daughter.
