There will be law. Uttarakhand is a land of gods and has three international borders. Youth from most of the houses are in the army, hence the law of equal rights for all has been implemented. Just as the Ganga coming out of Uttarakhand is bringing coolness to the entire country, similarly UCC will soon be implemented in the entire country.
