Bihar / Ara: Sir, please explain to the groom… Even after 10 days of becoming the bride, the rounds were not completed, the girl reached the police station

A girl’s relationship is fixed for marriage. On the fixed date and time, the boys reach the bride’s doorstep with the wedding procession. After the varmala on the stage, the groom also reaches the mandap to take seven rounds. But there is a hindrance in the marriage. But even today the bride is sitting with the same groom waiting for seven rounds. This unique story of an incomplete marriage is from Arrah, Bihar.
On April 28, a marriage procession from a nearby village had come to Rampur village of the district to marry a girl of a family. From Dwarachar to Jaymala, everything is done with great joy, but before the rounds in the mandap, there is a fight over some issue between the uncle of the bride and the brother of the groom. The dispute escalated so much that a scuffle broke out between the boy’s side and the girl’s side. Seeing this, the groom sitting in the pavilion gets up from the rituals and goes back. No one’s persuasion works.
On the second day, on April 29, an attempt was made to convince the groom’s side through the mediators who arrange the relationship. The boy’s family members also got ready and talks were held to complete the remaining rituals of the marriage at Baba Mathiya temple near the village. But the groom did not even come to the temple.
