उत्तराखंड हाईकोर्ट शिफ्ट मामले पर भगतदा ने सीएम धामी को लिखा खत, छेड़ी गढ़वाल और कुमाऊं पर बहस - Koshyari wrote letter to CM Dhami

Former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand and Governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari, who was on the margins of politics for a long time, has given an opportunity for discussions in the political circles by making his presence felt. Bhagat Singh Koshyari has written a letter to CM Dhami on the Nainital High Court shift issue.

Bhagat Singh Koshyari has given his opinion to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on shifting of Uttarakhand High Court from Nainital to Haldwani. He has also written that he is not a good student of law. But despite that he has sent his letter to the Chief Minister on many points.

Koshyari told CM Dhami through a letter, only the only big institution of the state i.e. High Court is left in Kumaon division. Efforts are being made to take this also from here. People are also unhappy about this. Koshyari mentioned in his letter that at the time of formation of the state, it was made clear that the capital of the state would be Dehradun. Whereas the High Court of the state will be in Nainital i.e. the capital will be present in Garhwal division and the High Court will be present in Kumaon.

He has expressed apprehension that efforts are being made for a long time to shift the Nainital High Court to Haldwani Gola. In such a situation, the High Court will be shifted from Kumaon to Garhwal. He has told all these things to the Chief Minister through a letter.

Let us tell you that the division bench of Chief Justice Ritu Bahri and Justice Rakesh Thapliyal of Uttarakhand High Court passed an order on May 8, stating that it is necessary to shift the High Court from Nainital to somewhere else and has given many other instructions to the government to select the place within a month. .
