Baba Rudranath’s palanquin leaves Gopinath temple with army band, see pictures

The doors of Rudranath Temple, the fourth Kedar among the Panch Kedars, are going to open for devotees to visit on May 18 this year. Now devotees will be able to see the face of Lord Shiva for the next six months.

On Thursday, with the tune of Army Band, Baba Rudranath’s palanquin has left from Gopinath Temple Gopeshwar with full rituals for his Dham Chaturthi Kedar Rudranath.

During this the devotees chanted Bam-Bam Bhole. The entire land of Gopinath echoed with the chants of Jai Baba Rudranath. Due to which the atmosphere all around became devotional.

The face mask of Lord Shiva can be seen in Rudranath temple. Rudranath temple can be reached by vehicle after reaching Sagar village, 3 km from Gopeshwar and walking distance of 18 km.
