Uttarakhand: SDRF and DDRF soldiers became angels for the devotees, helping in this way when their health deteriorated

The teams of SDRF and Sector Officers deployed on the Kedarnath Yatra route are becoming angels for the pilgrims coming to visit Kedarnath Dham. The lives of sick and injured devotees are being saved by taking them to the hospital on time.

District Disaster Management Officer Nandan Singh Rajwar said that the sector officer informed about the deteriorating health of the passenger in Chhoti Lincholi.

The injured passenger was brought to MRP Bhimbali for treatment by the SDRF team deployed at Bhimbali. After that the passenger was referred to Gaurikund by SDRF. Now his condition is said to be improving.

When a passenger’s health suddenly deteriorated near Bhairon Temple, the SDRF team deployed in Jangalchatti rescued the passenger and took him to Gaurikund Hospital for treatment.

Along with this, a female passenger, Shakuntala Devi (65), resident of Indore, got injured after falling from the horse above Gaurikund Gate. On information, SDRF brought the injured passenger to Gaurikund in a stretcher.

A passenger was taken to Chhoti Lincholi RMP after he was injured in a horse collision near Tharu Camp. Where he was given prompt treatment. The condition of the injured devotee is now said to be improving.
