Jharkhand High Court imposed fine on Rahul Gandhi, action on issue related to Home Minister Amit Shah
Jharkhand High Court has imposed a fine of Rs 1,000 on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The matter is related to objectionable remarks against Amit Shah. A BJP worker named Pratap Kumar had filed a complaint against him in the lower court of Chaibasa. The lower court had taken cognizance of this. To cancel that cognizance, a petition has been filed in the Jharkhand High Court on behalf of Rahul Gandhi.
The same case was heard today in the court of Justice Anil Kumar Chaudhary. But Rahul Gandhi’s advocate asked for time to present his case. The court has imposed a fine of one thousand rupees on this. The next hearing of the case will take place after the summer vacation. This information was given by Jharkhand High Court advocate Dheeraj Kumar.
At the same time, petitioner’s advocate Vinod Kumar Sahu said that this case is of 2018. In his speech at the Congress convention in 2018, Rahul Gandhi had said that a murderer can become the national president of BJP. This is not possible in Congress. On this statement, Pratap Kumar had filed a complaint in the lower court of Chaibasa. Taking cognizance of this, the lower court had issued summons to Rahul Gandhi.
Hearing is going on on the petition filed by Rahul Gandhi in the High Court to cancel that summons. He told that in this case also, time has been sought twice by Rahul Gandhi’s advocate in the past. On asking for time for the third time, the court of Justice Anil Kumar Chaudhary has imposed a fine of one thousand rupees on Rahul Gandhi.
