Uttarakhand: Attempt to rob two trains created panic, miscreants pelted stones when protested

An attempted robbery in two trains near Laksar in Haridwar created panic. The miscreants stopped two trains by spreading mud on the signal. After stopping the train, the miscreants tried to rob the passengers. On protesting, the miscreants started pelting stones at the train.

Attempt to rob trains creates panic
The incident is being reported around 3.30 pm on Friday night. According to the information received, some miscreants stopped Patliputra Express and Gorakhpur Chandigarh Special Express train by applying mud on the signal. After which the miscreants tried to rob the passengers sitting in the train.

Bavaria gang suspected of robbery
Due to noise raised by the passengers and alertness of the driver, the incident of robbery was prevented. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot. According to information received from sources, the police have suspicion towards Bavaria gang. At present the police is busy investigating the entire matter.
