Uttarakhand / Chamoli: Bike falls into ditch, one child dies

A bike met with an accident on Gairsain-Bachuwaban motor road in Chamoli. In this tragic accident, a child died on the spot. While one person was seriously injured.

A bike fell into a ditch on the Gairsain-Bachuwaban motor road. In this accident, a child riding a bike died on the spot. While another person was seriously injured. Police reached the spot after getting information about the incident and took the injured to the hospital for treatment. The injured has been referred after first aid.

Both were going from Bachhuwaban to Kandarikhod
According to the information received, Hemant Singh, son of Surend Singh and Ojaswin, resident of Bachhuwaban, were going from Bachhuwaban to Kandarikhod on their bike. But his bike met with an accident on the way. At a distance of about eight km from Bachhuwan, the bike fell into a ditch about 40 meters deep. In this accident, 12 year old Ojswin died while Hemant was seriously injured.
