Making reel in Kedarnath Dham was costly, police issued challan to 84 people

Despite the ban on making reels in Kedarnath Dham, some people are not desisting from their activities. Police have taken disciplinary action against dozens of people making reels in the temple premises.

Rudraprayag Police’s action against those making reels in Kedarnath Dham complex and drug addicts in the Dham area is continuing. In the same sequence, the police has taken challan action against 84 persons who were making videos and reels on social media within the 50 meter radius of Kedarnath temple.
Police is strict against those who create ruckus due to intoxication
Apart from this, Rudraprayag Police is also running a campaign across the state under Operation Maryada. The police have taken disciplinary action against 59 people who created ruckus by intoxicating people in the Dham area. According to the information given by the police, challan action has been taken against a total of 143 persons in Kedarnath Dham and a fine of Rs 30 thousand has been collected.
