The accused in the builder suicide case were sent to judicial custody, their names were revealed in the suicide note

After appearing in court in the builder suicide case, both the accused Ajay Gupta and his brother-in-law Anil Gupta have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days.

Let us tell you that Ajay Gupta’s name came up in the suicide case of a famous builder of Dehradun. After which the Dehradun police arrested Ajay Gupta and his brother-in-law Anil Gupta. On Saturday, both the accused were presented in the court. After which both have been sent to judicial custody. The defense lawyer, while presenting his side in the court, said that there is nothing wrong in asking for the account of the project.

Name came up in builder suicide case

On Friday, Dehradun’s famous builder Satendra Singh Sahni committed suicide by jumping from the seventh floor. The names of Ajay Gupta and Anil Gupta came up in the suicide note. After which the police arrested both of them on Friday. On Saturday, the police presented the accused in the court. After which both the accused have been sent to judicial custody.

Name was revealed in suicide note

Satendra Singh Sahni had written in the suicide note that he was working on two new projects with his business partner Sanjay Garg. We did not have much money to start the project but due to his good image in the market, he asked for help from the land owner. He also agreed to it. During the planning of the project, he came in contact with a well-known businessman.

The businessman agreed to invest 85 percent for this project. After which work on one project started. Meanwhile, the businessman stopped talking to him and his other associates started taking part in the project. After some time, the businessman started pressurizing Sahni and his partner. Due to which he had to embrace death.
