There is 100 percent job guarantee in Agniveer scheme. 75 percent Agniveer soldiers will remain in the army for four years and then there will be demand for them in the police department and private sector.

Agneepath Recruitment Scheme was launched in 2022
The Central Government launched the ‘Agneepath Recruitment Scheme’ in 2022 to recruit soldiers in the armed forces on a short-term basis with the aim of reducing the age limit in all three wings of the army. Under this scheme, youth in the age group of 17 and a half years to 21 years are recruited in the army for a period of four years, out of which there is a provision to continue the services of 25 percent for 15 years.
