According to the Dehradun Meteorological Department, a yellow alert for rain has been issued in the state till May 30. According to the weather forecast, there is a possibility of rain with thunder and lightning in 11 districts of Uttarakhand on May 28. During this time, there may be rain in Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Tehri, Champawat, Bageshwar, Pithoragarh, Nainital, Rudraprayag and Almora. Here winds are expected to blow at a speed of 30-40 km per hour. At the same time, the weather is likely to remain dry in Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar. There is a possibility of rain in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand on 29 and 30 May as well.
