In this case, the victim woman has given a complaint letter to the Izzat Nagar police station and demanded police action. At the same time, the area officer Anita Chauhan said that the complaint has been received and after investigation, necessary legal action will be taken after registering a case.

According to the information, a 23-year-old woman from Biharman Nagla of Izzat Nagar police station area of ​​​​Bareilly was married to a young man from Saidpur Chunnilal village of Bhojipura area on May 19 this year. Donation and dowry etc. were given in the marriage by the bride’s family. But the very next day of the wedding night, the husband broke off relations with his wife saying that she is a transgender and cannot bear children. When the wife questioned him, the husband started beating her and threw her out of the house by giving her triple talaq.

Husband is a Maulana in the mosque

The newly married victim says that her husband is a Maulana in the mosque of the area. Her parents married her after seeing her family. But on the second day of marriage, her Maulana husband gave her triple talaq and threw her out of the house. The victim reached the police station with a complaint, where she alleged that her husband also wants to marry her sister.

The victim has also accused her husband of molesting her sister-in-law. She said that after marriage, her husband gave her triple talaq by calling her a transgender and now he has his eyes on her sister, because he believes that multiple marriages are legal in Islam.

Husband did not agree even after medical examination

The victim says that after her husband’s allegations, she got her medical examination done, but even after seeing the report, her husband is not ready to agree. The doctor clearly said that the woman is not a transgender and can become a mother. Although the in-laws have agreed, the Maulana husband is adamant. Currently, a complaint has been lodged with the police.
