A tourist from Delhi who had come to visit Jageshwar Dham died of a heart attack on Thursday. The tourist suffered a heart attack in Haldwani. After which the family and the people present nearby rushed him to Haldwani Base Hospital. Where the tourist died during treatment.
Tourist dies of heart attack in Haldwani
According to the information received, Jai Ram Kaushik (64), a resident of Sector-25 Rohini Delhi, has come to Jageshwar to visit with his family. His wife, daughter, grandson and granddaughter are also with him. It is being told that he has a lodge here. On Thursday, Jai Ram Kaushik was eating with his family in a restaurant in Haldwani. When he came out after eating, he felt dizzy near OK Hotel and fainted.
He died during treatment
It is being told that when he fainted near OK Hotel, some people including social worker Prem Belwal present nearby took him to Base Hospital. Jai Ram Kaushik died during treatment in Base Hospital. After which the doctors handed over the body to the family. The family has left for Delhi with the body.
