CM Dhami, who arrived on a tour of Haldwani on Saturday, reprimanded the officials of the Energy Corporation. Tightening the screws on the officials, he said that the public should not have any kind of problem. Taking a meeting in the FTI auditorium, CM Dhami sought answers from the officials of the Energy Corporation on the power crisis in Haldwani.

Actually, there was a problem of power cuts from morning to late night in Haldwani and surrounding areas for the last several days. Due to the lack of smooth power supply, consumers were forced to constantly struggle with the heat. Due to this, drinking water supply and business were getting affected, but the officials of the Energy Corporation were washing their hands off the matter by citing increased load. In such a situation, the public was forced to boil over.
