New twist in builder Sahni suicide case, show cause notices are being sent to many companies

A new twist has emerged in the Satyendra Sahni suicide case. In this case, it has come to light that several firms have done transactions worth crores without a contract. After which show cause notices are being sent to several companies.

New twist in builder Sahni suicide case

A case has been registered against Anil Kumar Gupta and Ajay Kumar Gupta in the Satyendra Sahni suicide case. Investigation in this case has revealed that several firms have done transactions worth crores without a contract in the companies of Satyendra Sahni (deceased). Show cause notices are being sent by the police to five companies and one person.

Investigation of the case has revealed that a transaction of Rs 30 crore 95 lakh has taken place for the project from Avni Paridhi Energy Communicant Company, Vijayeta Webrageous Company, Surpal Publicity Private Limited Company, Invi Holding Private Limited Company, Arjun Singh Johal Company and NV Digitalis & Brieferies Private Limited Company to the deceased Satendra Singh Sahni’s company Sahni Structures LLP and Sahni Infra LLP. Whereas these companies do not have any kind of contract with the deceased in the project deal. In this regard, notices are now being sent to the said companies to get details regarding these transactions.

This is the whole matter

Let us tell you that on May 24, Dehradun’s famous builder Satendra Singh Sahni committed suicide by jumping from the seventh floor. In the suicide note found with Sahni, the names of Ajay Gupta, one of the Gupta brothers, and his brother-in-law Anil Gupta came to the fore. After which the police arrested both of them and sent them to 14 days judicial custody.

Sahni had alleged in the suicide note that he had partnered with Anil Gupta for the construction of the complex. But in the meantime Ajay Gupta interfered and started pressuring him to get the entire project in his name. After builder Sahni’s suicide, it came to light that before committing suicide, he had given a complaint application to the police on May 16.
