Immediately after the completion of the Lok Sabha elections, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has shown strictness to fill the vacant posts in various departments of UP. He has instructed the officers to prepare a list of vacant posts and send it to the commission. In this meeting held on Thursday, CM Yogi held a meeting with all the Additional Chief Secretary / Principal Secretary level officers of the government level and reviewed the updated status of the public welfare projects going on in the state.
CM Yogi has instructed the officers that in whichever departments there are vacancies and appointments are to be made, the requisition should be sent immediately to the selection commissions. For simplicity in the appointment process, the system of e-requisition has been implemented, use it. Before sending the requisition for appointment, the rules should be examined thoroughly. Contact the selection commissions, do not send erroneous requisitions. Fix the time limit for the selection process.
Instructions for weekly inspection in schools
In a special meeting, CM Yogi instructed that the Basic Education Officer / SDI should conduct a weekly inspection of Kasturba Balika Vidyalaya in their area. Every system like food, cleanliness, security etc. should be observed minutely there. Wherever there is a deficiency, it should be rectified immediately.
School Chalo Abhiyan in the new session
He has asked every headmaster and teacher in council schools to ensure that every student comes to school in the prescribed uniform. For this, DBT funds should be sent on time. Whatever action is to be taken for the transfer/new posting of teachers, it should be completed immediately. The campaign for the rejuvenation of secondary schools should be accelerated. For the success of the School Chalo Abhiyan in the new session, instructions have also been given to prepare a good action plan and implement it.
Avoid examinations in the scorching heat
CM Yogi said that the academic calendar in all educational institutions like universities, colleges, engineering colleges, polytechnics, ITI etc. should be prepared in such a way that all the necessary examinations are completed by the stipulated time. Examinations should be avoided in the scorching heat.
