Let us tell you that yesterday on Thursday, June 13, a fire broke out in the forests of Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary in Almora district of Uttarakhand. While extinguishing this forest fire, 8 forest workers were caught in the forest fire, out of which four people died on the spot. At the same time, four others were seriously burnt. All the four forest workers injured in this fire were admitted to Sushila Tiwari Hospital in Haldwani, where two were referred to AIIMS Delhi by air ambulance today on 14 June due to their critical condition.
At the same time, financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh each has been announced by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami to the families of the four forest workers killed in this fire. Apart from this, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has taken the help of the Air Force to control the forest fire. With the help of the Air Force, the forest fire in Almora is being controlled. At the same time, the government has also suspended two IFS officers on charges of negligence.
