Supreme Court sent notice to NTA, hearing will be held on July 8

The case was heard in the Supreme Court today amid growing anger among students regarding the NEET exam. The Supreme Court has refused to issue any order on the petition demanding a CBI inquiry. The apex court has issued a notice to the NTA in this regard and asked it to respond within two weeks. Now all the petitions related to the NEET exam will be heard on July 8.

Let us tell you that the bench of Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta has not given any order on the demand for a CBI inquiry during the hearing in this case. Now the case will be heard on July 8. The petition demanding a CBI inquiry also mentions the tactics being adopted to choose the desired exam center, citing incidents of paper leak on a large scale. For example, students from states like Odisha, Jharkhand and Gujarat chose a particular center in Godhra, Gujarat to take the NEET exam. These students paid a bribe of 10 lakhs to clear NEET and choose a special centre Jai Jal Ram School in Godhra as their centre.

No order for re-examination of 1563 students – Supreme Court

During the hearing today, the Supreme Court clarified that the court has not ordered re-examination of 1563 students with grace marks. During the hearing, NTA said to cancel it and ordered re-examination. The court has refused to say anything on the CBI investigation at the moment. A petitioner raised the issue of FIR registered in the paper leak case. On which the Supreme Court said that the matter will be heard on July 8.
